Today Peter concentrates entirely on providing Outplacement Services, supporting companies who wish to look after their outgoing staff, by helping those unfortunate enough to lose their jobs, to get back on the career ladder.
Peter is an accredited coach and also has 25 years industry experience, including being a main board director of a £1bn+ business for 5 years, which provides invaluable insights to pass on to job seekers.
With his thorough understanding of the job market, practical recruiting experience and good ‘bedside manner’, Peter is able to motivate and guide people to finding their next job. As Peter puts it, “I can leverage my understanding of how companies and people think about hiring to help job seekers put their best foot forward and optimise their chances of finding and securing, not just their next role, but the one that’s right for them”.
